Doug and Sedona residential designer Blue Boelter, www.blueboelter.info worked closely with the home owners to remodel this Sedona hill top home.  The home is in a spectacular location: however the original design failed to capture the vistas from the living area windows.  Blue Boelter’s vision and her ability to express an owner’s style together with Doug’s wealth of building experience resulted in a beautiful home that offers captivating views from every room.

After the Sedona home remodel
 This Sedona home was a complete remodel. Additional ceiling
space was provided by removing the roof to expand the ceiling
lines as well as ad a roof top patio deck. After adding the new roof,
the home was converted to solar power. Completed in 2009 this
home was quite a challenge and was a great experience for Doug
and his new Sedona home owners.
